1. Общие положения
Sporty («мы») предоставляет мобильное приложение Sporty и связанные веб-страницы на домене sportyhub.app (лендинг и карточки публичных сущностей).

2. Категории обрабатываемых данных
Мы обрабатываем только то, что необходимо для работы приложения и предоставления его функций. Маркетинговую аналитику (Amplitude, Firebase Analytics и аналоги) не используем.
2.1. Аккаунт и аутентификация
- адрес электронной почты;
- пароль (хранится в хешированном виде средствами Supabase Auth);
- данные входа через Google Sign-In;
- идентификатор пользователя (auth.uid);
- статус мягкой проверки email (OTP);
- служебные коды смены email / пароля / удаления аккаунта.
2.2. Профиль
- отображаемое имя, username, аватар, обложка, город, био, ссылки на соцсети;
- пол, дата рождения, рост, вес и связанные онбординг-параметры;
- настройки приватности и аудитории;
- метки активности, теги, медиа галереи профиля;
- служебные поля вроде onboarding_completed, email_verified_at, last_seen_at, deleted_at.
2.3. Контент, который Вы создаёте
- записи дневника (питание, вода, измерения, вложения);
- графики приёма добавок / лекарств;
- тренировки, кардио-треки, планы, программы, планы питания;
- собственные упражнения и медиа;
- сообщения и медиа в чатах;
- списки доступа / шаринга и подписки.
2.4. Медиафайлы
Фото, видео, аудио и файлы, которые Вы загружаете, хранятся в приватном бакете Storage (см. §4).
2.5. Данные устройства и разрешения ОС

Push-уведомления (FCM / APNs) не используются. Колокольчик в приложении — inbox внутри приложения.
2.6. Технические данные и сбои
- журнал сбоев через Sentry;
- по умолчанию не отправляем email, IP как PII и токены (sendDefaultPii = false, scrubbing);
- performance-tracing выключен.
2.7. Что мы не собираем как продукт
- платёжные карты и данные эквайринга;
- рекламные идентификаторы и трекинг для рекламы.
3. Цели обработки данных
- аккаунт, вход, восстановление и смена учётных данных;
- функции дневника, активности, справочника, сообщества, профиля и чата;
- погода и карты маршрута;
- безопасность (RLS, блокировки, удаление аккаунта);
- диагностика сбоев (Sentry);
- публичные веб-карточки на sportyhub.app.

5. Передача данных третьим сторонам
Мы не продаём персональные данные. Передача — только сервисам, без которых продукт не работает:
- Supabase — БД, Auth, Storage, Edge;
- Resend — транзакционные письма (noreply@mail.sportyhub.app);
- Google — Sign-In, шрифты;
- MapTiler — тайлы карт;
- OpenWeather — погода;
- Sentry — crash reporting;
- Cloudflare — DNS и лендинг.
6. Срок хранения и удаление аккаунта
Данные хранятся, пока аккаунт активен и пока это нужно для сервиса, безопасности и обязательств.
Удаление аккаунта в приложении (профиль → расширенные настройки → «Удалить аккаунт», OTP на email): профиль архивируется, username освобождается, контент переводится в private, Auth-пользователь удаляется. Подробности — в приложении и по запросу на support@sportyhub.app.
7. Права пользователя
Вы можете запросить доступ, исправление, удаление аккаунта, отзыв разрешений ОС и уточнения через support@sportyhub.app.
8. Возрастные ограничения
Сервис предназначен для лиц, достигших 16 лет. Если Вы считаете, что мы получили данные ребёнка младше этого возраста, напишите на support@sportyhub.app.
9. Обработка данных за пределами страны проживания
Инфраструктура размещена в ЕС (Frankfurt) и у глобальных облачных провайдеров. Используя сервис, Вы понимаете, что данные могут обрабатываться в этих регионах в объёме, нужном для работы сервисов.
10. Изменения настоящей Политики
Актуальная версия публикуется по этому URL. Дата вступления в силу указана в начале документа. Существенные изменения сообщаем пользователям посредством доступных каналов сервиса.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed when you use the Sporty application and related web pages available at sportyhub.app.
1. General Information
Sporty (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the Sporty mobile application and related web pages available at sportyhub.app, including a landing page and public entity pages.

2. Categories of Data We Process
We process data necessary to operate the application and provide its features. Marketing analytics, including Amplitude, Firebase Analytics, and similar tools, is not used.
2.1. Account and Authentication Data
- email address;
- password, stored in hashed form using Supabase Auth;
- Google Sign-In data;
- user identifier (auth.uid);
- email verification status through OTP;
- service codes used for changing an email address or password and deleting an account.
2.2. Profile Data
- display name, username, avatar, cover image, city, bio, and social media links;
- sex, date of birth, height, weight, and related onboarding parameters;
- privacy and audience settings;
- activity labels, tags, and profile media galleries;
- service fields such as onboarding_completed, email_verified_at, last_seen_at, and deleted_at.
2.3. User-Created Content
- diary entries, including nutrition, water, measurements, and attachments;
- supplement and medication schedules;
- workouts, cardio tracks, plans, programs, and meal plans;
- custom exercises and media;
- chat messages and media;
- access lists, sharing settings, and subscriptions.
2.4. Media Files
Photos, videos, audio, and other files you upload to the service are stored in private Storage.
2.5. Device Data and Operating System Permissions

Push notifications through FCM / APNs are not used. In-app notifications are provided through an in-app inbox.
2.6. Technical Data and Crash Information
- crash logs through Sentry;
- by default, email, IP as PII, and tokens are not sent; sendDefaultPii = false and scrubbing are used;
- performance tracing is disabled.
2.7. Data Not Collected as Part of the Product
- payment card and acquiring data;
- advertising identifiers and data used for advertising tracking.
3. Purposes of Processing
- account creation and maintenance, sign-in, recovery, and changes to account credentials;
- operation of diary, activity, reference library, community, profile, and chat features;
- weather and route-map functionality;
- security, including RLS, blocking, and account deletion;
- crash diagnostics through Sentry;
- display of public web pages on sportyhub.app.
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject.

5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with services necessary to operate the product:
- Supabase — database, Auth, Storage, and Edge Functions;
- Resend — transactional email sent from noreply@mail.sportyhub.app;
- Google — Sign-In and fonts;
- MapTiler — map tiles;
- OpenWeather — weather data;
- Sentry — crash reporting;
- Cloudflare — DNS and landing page hosting.
6. Retention and Account Deletion
Data is retained while the account is active and for as long as retention is necessary for operation of the service, security, and applicable obligations.
You can delete your account in the application through profile → advanced settings → “Delete account”, with confirmation through an email OTP. When an account is deleted, the profile is archived, the username is released, user content is made private, and the Auth user is deleted. Additional information is available in the application and upon request at support@sportyhub.app.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to your data, correction of your data, deletion of your account, withdrawal of operating-system permissions, and clarification regarding data processing by contacting support@sportyhub.app.
8. Age Requirement
The service is intended for persons who are 16 years of age or older. If you believe that Sporty has received data from a person under 16, please contact support@sportyhub.app.
9. Processing Outside the Country of Residence
The primary infrastructure is located in the European Union (Frankfurt), while certain functions are provided by global cloud service providers. By using the service, you understand that data may be processed in the relevant regions to the extent necessary to operate the services used by Sporty.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The current version of this Privacy Policy is published on this page. The effective date is stated at the beginning of the document. Material changes are communicated to users through the service's available communication channels.
