1. Принятие настоящих Условий

Используя приложение Sporty, веб-страницы на sportyhub.app или создавая аккаунт, Вы подтверждаете, что прочитали эти Условия и Политику конфиденциальности и согласны с ними.

Если Вы не согласны — не регистрируйтесь и не используйте сервис.

2. Сервис Sporty

Sporty — приложение для учёта питания, занятий, прогресса тела, работы со справочником, профиля и общения с другими пользователями (чат, шаринг планов и программ).

нет встроенного магазина курсов и оплаты;
веб на sportyhub.app — лендинг и карточки публичных сущностей без полноценного веб-клиента.

3. Требования к аккаунту

Вам должно быть не меньше 16 лет.
Вы несёте ответственность за сохранность средств входа и за действия с Вашего аккаунта.
Регистрация: email + пароль или Google Sign-In (через Supabase Auth).
Username и данные профиля подчиняются правилам продукта.
Запрещено выдавать себя за другого человека, создавать аккаунты для обхода блокировок или злоупотреблять приглашениями / шарингом.

4. Правила использования сервиса

Вы обязуетесь не:

публиковать незаконный, оскорбительный или иной запрещённый контент;
спамить и накручивать взаимодействия;
загружать вредоносный код или обходить RLS / ACL / безопасность;
копировать чужой контент без права на это;
использовать сервис для коммерческой перепродажи доступа или данных других пользователей;
вмешиваться в работу инфраструктуры.

5. Пользовательский контент

Вы сохраняете права на контент, который создаёте.

Чтобы сервис мог показывать, хранить и передавать контент по правилам продукта, Вы предоставляете нам неисключительную, безвозмездную, отзывную при удалении аккаунта/контента (в пределах технической возможности) лицензию на хостинг, отображение, превью / сжатие и доставку получателям, которым Вы сделали контент доступным.

Вы гарантируете, что имеете права на загружаемый контент и что он не нарушает закон и права третьих лиц.

6. Информация о здоровье и отсутствие медицинских рекомендаций

Sporty помогает отслеживать питание, активность и показатели. Материалы в приложении не являются медицинской диагностикой, лечением или индивидуальной рекомендацией врача. Вы используете сервис на свой риск.

7. Интеллектуальная собственность

Приложение, дизайн, системный каталог Sporty, товарные обозначения и код (кроме Вашего пользовательского контента) принадлежат Sporty или правообладателям лицензий.

8. Доступность и ограничение ответственности

Сервис предоставляется «как есть» и «по мере доступности».

В максимальной степени, допускаемой применимым правом, мы не отвечаем за косвенные убытки, действия других пользователей, перебои у сторонних провайдеров и решения, принятые Вами на основе метрик в приложении. совокупная ответственность ограничена нулём, либо иным минимумом, который нельзя исключить законом.

9. Приостановление и прекращение доступа

Вы можете удалить аккаунт в приложении или прекратить использование. Мы можем приостановить или прекратить доступ при нарушении Условий, по запросу закона, при закрытии теста или сервиса.

10. Изменение настоящих Условий

Актуальная версия публикуется по этому URL. Продолжение использования после публикации изменений означает согласие с новой редакцией, если иное не требуется законом.

These Terms govern your use of the Sporty application and related web pages available at sportyhub.app.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Sporty application, the web pages available at sportyhub.app, or by creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the service.

2. The Sporty Service

Sporty is an application for tracking nutrition, physical activity, body progress, working with a reference library, managing a profile, and communicating with other users, including chat and sharing plans and programs.

The web pages at sportyhub.app are used to present the service and public entity pages and do not constitute a full web client of the application.

The current version of the service does not include a built-in course store or payment system.

3. Account Requirements

The service is available to persons who are 16 years of age or older. By registering for Sporty, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Registration is available using an email address and password or Google Sign-In through Supabase Auth.
Your username and profile information must comply with the service rules.
You must not impersonate another person, create accounts to circumvent restrictions or suspensions, or abuse invitations or content-sharing features.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Sporty, you must not:

publish unlawful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content;
send spam or artificially manipulate interactions;
upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security mechanisms, including RLS and ACL controls;
copy or distribute another person's content without the necessary rights;
use the service for commercial resale of access to, or data belonging to, other users;
interfere with the operation of the service infrastructure.

Reports of violations and complaints regarding user content may be sent to support@sportyhub.app.

5. User Content

You retain your rights in content that you create and upload to Sporty.

To operate the service, you grant Sporty a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, revocable upon deletion of your account or the relevant content to the extent technically possible, to host, store, display, create previews of, compress, and deliver your content to recipients to whom you have made it available through the service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload and that its use does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

6. Health Information and No Medical Advice

Sporty is designed to help users track nutrition, physical activity, and personal metrics. Materials, information, and metrics available through the service do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or individual medical advice.

Any decisions you make based on information or metrics available in the application remain your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sporty application, its design, system catalogue, trademarks and other product marks, and source code, excluding user content, are owned by Sporty or the applicable rights holders and are protected by applicable law.

8. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Service features may be changed, added, or become unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sporty is not liable for indirect losses, actions of other users, interruptions caused by third-party service providers, or decisions made by users based on information or metrics available in the application.

Sporty's aggregate liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where applicable law requires a mandatory minimum level of liability, that minimum will apply.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account using the functionality available in the application.

Sporty may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, where required by law, or when a relevant feature or the service itself is discontinued.

10. Changes to These Terms

The current version of these Terms is published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
